Ready-mix for Bubble Waffle

Bubble waffles mix is a perfectly selected recipe for the mixture and the highest quality ingredients.  The powder quickly spreads and does not leave lumps. 

The professional mix works on many different types of commercial waffle makers.

Method of preparation: Pour 1 kg of powder into the dish to add 1 l of water and 250 ml of vegetable oil. Stir for a few minutes until smooth and uniform. Bake at 180°C for about 3 minutes. To get waffles "cones" immediately after baking roll up and set aside for evaporation, preferably into a metal stand.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour sugar, whey powder (from MILK), wheat starch glucose, EGGS powder, diphosphates loosening substances, sodium carbonates, salt, aroma. The product may contain soybean.
